History

In every democratic country of the world, ensuring the access of people with special needs to receive a full-fledged higher education is recognized as one of the priorities of society and the state.

Vocational training of young people with disabilities is the most effective mechanism for increasing their social status and security, for society – it is reducing tensions in the labor market, increasing social productivity, solving social problems of people with disabilities.

40 years separate us from the time when the order of the Ministry of Social Security of the RSFSR No. 56 from 04.06. In 1971, on the initiative of twice a hero of the Soviet Union, commander of the Chernihiv-Volyn partisan unit, then Minister of Social Security of the USSR Alexei Fedorov, the Kamenets-Podolsky Planning and Economic Boarding School for the Disabled was established. It was decided that the school should train junior specialists in the economic profile for the national economy of Ukraine from among young people with special needs.

In September 1971, the school enrolled 60 students majoring in "Economics and organization of agricultural production" and 60 students majoring in "Economics and organization of consumer services." From among students 4 academic groups are formed.

Vasily Iustinov was appointed the first director of the technical school in 1971. In September 1971, the first teaching staff was formed. By that time he had 12 teachers. In 1974, the school gave tickets to independent living to the first 104 graduates.

In the period from 1980 to December 1986, the staff of the boarding school was headed by Director Ivan Slobodyan.

Since 1986, the staff of the boarding school is headed by Victor Grigoryevich Tsopa, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine, a man of extraordinary organizational skills, highly professional with a developed sense of everything new. In November 2008, the director of the educational institution Tsopa VG was awarded the Order of Merit of the III degree, in December 2009 – the award of the Kamenets-Podolsky City Council "Honor and Glory".

In 1981, the technical school changed the specifics of training and recruited students majoring in "Economics and Planning in the sectors of the national economy (agro-industrial complex)" and "Accounting, control and analysis of economic activity (agro-industrial complex) ".

Since 2002, the technical school has been training junior specialists in the specialty "Social Work". At the same time, the school invariably trains specialists for the economy summary of chapter 7 animal farm of Ukraine – accountants and economists.

General information

Over 40 years of operation, the school has transformed from a specialized school for children with disabilities into a modern school with a high professional reputation and competitive graduates.

The history of the technical school is rich in the destinies of its pupils. Over 40 years of operation, the school has trained more than 4,000 junior specialists for the economic sector and about 300 for the social sector. We are proud of our best graduates who have realized themselves and work by vocation in various sectors of the Ukrainian economy.

History

The Kalush College of Culture and Arts is located in a picturesque corner of the old part of the city of Kalush, among ancient trees and flowering gardens. For five decades there has been a College of Culture and Arts in Prykarpattia, which trains junior specialists for cultural and arts institutions – representatives of one of the most humane professions, designed to instill in people high aesthetic tastes, love for national cultural heritage, folk customs, traditions and rites. …

Kalush College of Culture and Arts began its work in 1954 in Sniatyn in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Culture of the USSR from February 8, 1954 No. 140 and was called "College for the training of cultural and educational workers."

By the order of the Ministry of Culture of the USSR of April 18, 1962 No. 18-853 the technical school was renamed into "Cultural and educational school".

On August 16, 1976, the school was moved from Sniatyn to Kalush and renamed the Kalush Cultural and Educational School.

In 1990, the Kalush Cultural and Educational School was renamed the Kalush School of Culture.

By the decision of the Ivano-Frankivsk regional council from 14.07. 2005 No. 631-17 / 2005 Kalush School of Culture was renamed Kalush College of Culture and Arts.

The college carries out by the state order and contractual obligations preparation of experts for branch of culture of area. Training is carried out on full-time and part-time forms of training on the basis of basic general secondary and complete general secondary education.

For 55 years of activity in educational institution about 9000 experts for branch of culture are prepared.

Educational activities
